Family and Employment Clinic
Thursday (fortnightly) on a first-come, first-serve basis between 9am-3pm
Lovell Chohan Solicitors Legal Advice Clinic provides individuals with advice and assistance on matters relating to family (including child abduction, care cases, other children cases, matrimonial and ancillary relief), employment and housing.
This Clinic will offer initial advice in these areas of expertise and assistance with basic form filling and legal letter writing. Following initial advice, those eligible for legal aid may explore with Lovell Chohan the possibility of further legal assistance if the case requires.
Individuals will be allocated 15-30 minutes per session depending on case complexity and session availability.
