Building on our success and growth as an independent law firm, we currently have a vacancy for a conveyancing paralegal with a minimum of 12 months experience to complement our busy property department. You must possess the requisite skills and knowledge to deal with all aspects relating to pre and post completion of matters to include the following:

• Dealing with new client enquiries and providing quotes
• Updating current clients and liaising with agents and third parties
• Opening new files
• Applying for searches
• Submitting SDLT returns
• Filing of AP1’s
• General admin
