Emma spent 11 years studying law and 4 years cost drafting complex, private/publicly funded and interparties solicitors bills. Emma  trained and qualified as a solicitor with the Firm. Having gained an in depth working knowledge of procedures and protocols Emma embarked on a career as a costs solicitor for which her talent in negotiating and settling bills and costs orders with the minimum of fuss and protraction have been recognised as excellent. Emma has gained a reputation for being a firm but fair costs solicitor.

To date Emma still continues to practice as a specialist costs solicitor dealing with and advising in all aspects of solicitors costs, bills and assessments for both the Firm and other independent Law Firms who instruct Lovell Chohan on the preparation, assessment and settlement of solicitors bills. Emma’s understanding and ability to bring costs issues to a swift conclusion could be better described as excellent. Emma is equally at home practicing all aspects of family and civil law.
